摘要
本文结合最高人民法院颁布的《关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》 ,从3个方面对电子文件证据的法律地位以及电子文件证据的司法运用等问题进行了新的探索。
In this paper,the author discuss some problems about electronic record evidence from three aspects accord ing to Some Provisions of the Supereme People's Courton Evidence in Civil Proce dures.The author makes a new study on electronic recorde vidence which in cluedthe status of electronic recorde vidence in the law and the application of electronic record evidenec in civel procedure.
