摘要
通过多点采样 ,多次反复筛选 ,从工大生活污水中筛选出一株有高絮凝活性的菌 GY3 7.经试验对内蒙古天然碱碱泥有高絮凝作用 ,使用特定的培养基在特定的培养条件下 ,用比浊法、干重法和活菌计数法三种方法测定了絮凝剂产生菌GY3 7的生长曲线 ,并对三种方法所得曲线进行比较 .
Growth curves of bacterium GY37 are drawn by use of turbidimetry,dry weight method and viability counting method,under specific conditions and with specific culture medium.A comparison is made between these curves,given from the three methods mentioned above,and a typical doubling time for GY37 under optimum conditions is determined.
