摘要
超磁致伸缩材料(GMM)是一种新型的功能材料,具有应变大,响应速度快,能量传输密度高和输出力大等特点。本文阐述了利用国产超磁致伸缩材料研制的电—机械转换器结构,工作原理,建立了其动态特性模型,利用MATLAB中的SIMULINK构建了仿真模型并对其动态特性进行了仿真研究。仿真结果与实验结论虽有差异但基本吻合。
The giant magnetostrictive material is a new type of function material with giant strain, high response speed, high power density and great output force. In this paper, the structure and principle of actuator with new GMM home made are presented. Its model of dynamic characteristics is established. The simulation model is also constructed by the use of Simulink Toolbox of Matlab. The models dynamic characteristics are simulated. Though a little difference exists, the simulating results obtained roughly match the experimental ones.
