摘要
为建立蒙药毛勒日 -达布斯 - 4汤中胡椒碱含量测定方法 ,用Hypersil -C18柱 ( 4 6mm× 2 0 0mm ,5 μm) ,柱温 :35℃ ,甲醇 -水 ( 77∶2 3)为流动相 ;流速 :1 0ml·min-1;检测波长 :34 3nm ;外标法定量 ,胡椒碱组分峰与其他组分峰达基线分离 ,浓度在 0 0 2 5 4~ 0 2 5 38mg·ml-1范围内 ,峰面积值与进样量呈良好的线性关系 (r2 =0 9997) ,平均回收率为 99 0 9%,RSD =2 3%。方法简便准确可靠 ,可作为本品质量控制方法。
An RP-HPLC method has been established for the determination of piperine in Mengyao Maoleri-Dabusi-4 Soup. The chromatographic system consists of Kromasil C 18 column and mobile phase of methanol-water (77∶23) with detection wavelength at 343nm.The column temperature was at 35℃. The flow rate was 1.0ml·min -1. The linear range was 0.0254~0.2538mg·ml -1 with the correlation coefficient 0.9997. The average recovery was 99.097% and the RSD was 2.3%(n=5). The method is simple and accurate.
