摘要
目的 :研究不同氟浓度对血链球菌产过氧化氢能力的影响。方法 :采用酚红还原—微量板法测定标准株ATCC10556 ,ATCC10557与临床分离株分别在0,0.5,1,2,4,8,12,16nmol/ml不同氟浓度作用下 ,血链球菌孵育上清液中的过氧化氢含量。结果 :血链球菌ATCC10556 ,ATCC10557及临床分离株在不同氟浓度作用下产生过氧化氢方面存在差异。血链球菌ATCC10556在0~2nmol/ml氟浓度作用下 ,产生过氧化氢量差别不大 ,而在4nmol/ml及以上氟浓度作用下 ,过氧化氢的产生明显受到抑制。而ATCC10557在0~16nmol/ml氟浓度作用下 ,过氧化氢的产生没有明显改变。临床分离株在16nmol/ml氟浓度时 ,不产生过氧化氢。结论 :氟化物对血链球菌ATCC10556产生过氧化氢的最低抑制浓度应为4 +/ -nmol/ml(ki=4+/ -1) ,而对ATCC10557产生过氧化氢的最低抑制浓度应在16nmol/ml以上 ,临床分离株的最低抑制浓度在12~16nmol/ml之间。此种差异提示 。
Objective:To investigate the influence of various concentrations of fluoride on the production capacity of hydrogen perolide by streptococcus sanguis.Methods:The standard strains of ATCC10556,ATCC10557and clinical separating strains respectively under various concentrations of fluoride were used to determine the concentration of hydrogen peroxide by microplate phenol red reduction method.Results:There is difference in the production of hyˉdrogen peroxide among strpetococcus sanguis ATCC10556,ATCC10557and clinical separating strains under various concentrations of fluoride.The production of hydrogen peroxide by ATCC10556showed no difference under the control of fluoride(0~2nmol/ml),but is apparˉently inhibited by fluoride over4nmol/ml,The production of hydrogen peroxide by ATCC10557had no remarkable changes under the control of fluoride(0~16nmol/ml).There is no producˉtion of hydrogen peroxide by clinical strains under the control of fluoride16nmol/ml.Conclusion:The minimum inhibiting concentration of fluoride on the production of hydroˉgen peroxide by ATCC10556should be4+/-1nmol/ml(ki=4+/-1),ATCC10557be over16nmol/ml,and clinical strains be12~16nmol/ml.This difference indicated that the pathway and capability on the production of hydrogen peroxide by different strains of streptococcus sanguis might be different.
