摘要
心理治疗运动处方的免疫学指标分为细胞免疫指标与体液免疫指标。用免疫指标来评价心理治疗运动处方,最关键的就是典型指标的选取。在运动处方实施过程中应根据具体疾病类型选择有特异性的指标作为评价项目。心理治疗运动处方在国外已很流行,但在我国才刚刚起步。将来的研究方向将会集中在各种处方的设计、作用机制及评价指标(包括生化、免疫指标)的研究上。
Sports can boost up composition in two aspects: body and heart. All knows that sports have a positive effect on physiology. Meanwhile, sports benefit people's psychology health. Sports prescription that be used to cure the psychological d iseases is the prescription that cure the mental disorders and promote recovery better. If you research sports prescription effect upon immunity in the perspect ive of psychology, you must evaluate the user in two inspects: psychology and im munity. In present, the psychology evaluation is by means of psychological quant ity table inspection mostly and the evaluation indexes employ the biochemistry i ndexes generally. The immune indexes' study is less than others. Immunology inde xes make to cell immune indexes and body fluid immune indexes in study of psycho logy treatment. With regard to cell immune indexes: according to reports, enhanc e of NK cell activity has inherence relation with morbid mend,but its mechanism await to discuss. It was discovered that Th/Ts of schizophrenia had descend fo rce ; Change of lymphocyte transfer function is related to clinic type or clinic character.With regard to body fluid immune indexes: study of schizophrenia auto antibody involved aspects: ANA, ASA, ADA, AHA etc; discussed to antifraud antibo dy, discovering it in existence schizophrenia patients serum.It is most key to e lect model indexes for using immune indexes to appraise psychology treat exercis e prescription.
