脑出血后白细胞增高与趋化功能和神经功能的关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探究急性脑出血后白细胞计数增高与趋化功能的相关性及其变化与预后的关系。方法:通过对117例中白细胞增高者50例(A组)与不增高者67例(B组)脑出血患者进行白细胞计数及中性粒细胞趋化指数、血清趋化因子活性测定,研究组与对照组治疗前或治疗后神经缺损分和预后的比较,了解两组患者白细胞计数与趋化功能和预后的差异。结果:A组白细胞计数和趋化指数均显著高于B组,A组治疗无效率和恶化率也显著高于后者(P<0.01)。结论:脑出血后白细胞计数增高者粒细胞趋化功能增高,其导致的神经功能损害较重,预后较白细胞不增高者为差。
