关节镜治疗膝关节纤维性强直术后功能恢复体会 被引量:2

摘要 目的:通过对22例膝关节纤维性强直患者术后随访,评价关节镜下松解治疗膝关节纤维性强直的远期疗效。方法:采用膝关节镜常规前内、前外两处入路,经钝性分离、松解清除关节腔内粘连组织,术后3d应用CPM功能锻炼,治疗膝关节纤维性强直患者22例,随访7~18(平均11.6)个月。结果:关节活动度由术前(40±16)°,增加到(93±25)°,平均改善53°(P<0.01)。而且住院时间短,恢复快,并发症少。结论:膝关节纤维性强直的关节镜下松解术创伤小,效果好。
