摘要
远程医疗系统将新兴的计算机和多媒体技术应用到传统医疗行业,近年来获得了快速的发展。本文设计的远程会诊系统通过文字、图象和语音的交互,实现了不同地域的医疗专家同时会诊。
In the telemedicine, the new technology on computer and multimedia is applied to the traditional medicine system. Since this year , it develops fast. This article designs a system of telemedicine. Though the intercommunication of words, image and voice, the simultaneous consultation of medicine experts from different place can be processed.
