摘要
目的 探讨子宫输卵管造影盆腔 CT扫描对盆腔疾病的诊断价值及临床意义。方法 子宫输卵管造影盆腔 CT扫描 2 1例有完整病史资料 ,其中 13例经病理证实 ,4例炎症经随访证实 ,4例妇科检查正常。结果 19例行子宫输卵管造影盆腔 CT扫描效果满意者能清晰显示子宫腔及输卵管腔的位置、轮廓、大小、形态及子宫壁厚度 ,2例造影失败。结论 子宫输卵管造影盆腔 CT扫描优于普通盆腔 CT扫描 ,本方法可以清晰显示盆腔病变的位置、大小及其邻近结构的解剖关系 ,对盆腔疾病的诊断、治疗方案的选择、预后及疗效观察提供有价值的影像资料 ,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value and clinical significance of hysterosalpingographic CT scan for female pelvic lesions.Methods 21 cases with complete clinical data were examined with hysterosalpingographic CT scan,in which 13 cases were confirmed by pathology,4 cases proved by follow up,4 cases by normal gynecology examination.Results Hysterosalpingographic CT scans in 19 cases could demonstrate the sizes, shapes, locations of uterotubal lumen and the thicknesses of uterus wall, and two scans failed.Conclusions Hysterosalpingographic CT images could show the size, location and relationship with adjacent anatomic structures, therefore it was superior to ordinary CT scan. The examination could provide valuable imaging information in the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic lesions.
