雌激素对大鼠动脉血红素氧合酶/一氧化碳体系的调节 被引量:7

摘要 目的 研究雌激素对大鼠主动脉血红素氧合酶 /一氧化碳体系的影响 ,以探讨雌激素对心血管系统保护作用的机制。方法 将 30只雌性大鼠随机分为三个组 ,每组 10只 ,去卵巢组 (A组 )、去卵巢 +雌激素组 (B组 )、假手术组(C组 )。正常饮食 2个月后处死大鼠 ,测雌激素、主动脉匀浆血红素氧合酶活性及一氧化碳含量。结果 同假手术组相比 ,去卵巢大鼠主动脉匀浆血红素氧合酶活性及 CO含量显著降低 ,在补充适量的雌激素后 ,主动脉匀浆血红素氧合酶活性及 CO含量显著上升。结论 雌激素可以调节大鼠动脉内血红素氧合酶 /一氧化碳体系 ,可能是其对心血管系统具有保护作用的机制。 Objective To investigate the effect of estrogen on heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)/CO system,aimed to explore the beneficinal effect of estrogen in prevention of heart and vascular system.Methods Thirty wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups:Group A(rats were ovariectomized);Group B(rats were ovariectomized with estrogen replacement theraphy);Group C(rats were sham-ovariectomized).The rats were killed after two months.The activity of HO-1 enzyme and endogenous production levels of CO were determined.Results In group A,the level of endogenous production of CO and the activity of HO enzyme were lower than those in group C.In group B,the level of endogenous production of CO and activity of HO enzyme were higher than those in group A.Conclusion Entrogen might regulate the production of endogenous CO and activity of HO enzyme in vascular,which might contribute to explaining the beneficial effect of estrogen in protection of heart and vascular system.
