摘要
目的 :探讨直流电丹参离子导入对视网膜玻璃体出血患者的临床治疗意义。方法 :观察加用与未用丹参离子导入治疗视网膜玻璃体出血患者共 10 3例 ,评价并对比分析收稿日期 :2 0 0 2 -0 5 -0 8;修回日期 :2 0 0 2 -0 8-10基金项目 :广州医学院第二附属医院课题基金项目 (2 0 0 0 -5 0 )。作者简介 :郭露萍 (195 4-) ,女 ,广东广州人 ,副主任医师 ,研究方向 :为眼底疾病。通信作者 :郭露萍 (E -mail:conbiogz@shanghai-conbio .com)治疗后患者的视功能恢复与眼底改善情况。结果 :治疗组患者视力提高有效率达 86 % ,与对照组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :丹参离子导入治疗视网膜玻璃体出血有改善症状、促进积血吸收、提高视力的良好治疗效果。
Objective:To evaluate the value of treatment with mitiorrhiza iontophoresis(MI) on bleeding of the retina and vitreous(RVB).Methods:Patients with RVB received the traditional therapy and were divided into two groups:the treatment group with 50 patients and the control group with 53 patients. The former received MI for 2～3 courses of treatment and the latter did not. Visual acuity and the degree of blood absorption were observed after treatment. The results were compared and analyzed.Results:The treatment group had a clinically effective rate of 86% while the rate for the control group was only 69.8%. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For RVB,treatment with MI combined with traditional therapy was more effective than treatment with traditional therapy alone.
