摘要
目的 :探讨术中结肠灌洗在左半结肠癌性梗阻一期手术中应用价值。结果 :回顾分析 2 0 0 0年 6月至 2 0 0 2年 6月 14例左半结肠癌并急性肠梗阻 ,行一期切除吻合加术中结肠灌洗的临床资料。方法 :14例一期切除吻合术后 ,无吻合口漏、腹腔感染等并发症。结论 :术中结肠灌洗为左半结肠癌性梗阻一期手术的成功 。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of intra-operative colonic irrigation in primary resection and anastomasis for carcinous obstruction of the left colon.Methods:To analysie the clinical reference of 14 patients with acute obstruction of the left colon who were given intra operative colonic irritation and primary resection and anastomasis.Results:All patients had not any complications such as anastomatic leakage and infection of the peritoneal cavity.Conclusion:Intra operative colonic irritation can reliably guarantee the success of primary resection and anastomasis of carinous obstruction of the left colon.
