椭圆铝翅钢管空冷器的传热及流阻性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 对轧片式椭圆铝翅钢管用作换热器的传热及流阻特性进行了测试 ,并用威尔逊图解法分离出换热器两侧的换热系数。结果表明 ,椭圆铝翅钢管具有良好的传热和流阻性能 ,以及足够的结构强度 ,可用于空冷发电机组的空气冷却器及大中型变压器。 In order to precisely master the title properties of air coolers using elliptic steel tubes with rolled alumimum fins as heat exchanger, detection and test of them have been carried out, and the wilson graphical method was applied to separate the heat transfer coefficients on both sides of the said exchanger. The results show, the elliptic steel tubes with rolled aluminum fins have good heat transfer and flow resistance properties, as well as sufficient structural strength, being suitable for air coolers used at power plants in arid areas, and air coolers used on large and medium power Transformers.
