摘要
综述21世纪末国内外环境噪声状况,提出声音质量是21世纪环境声学主题的观点,认为世界卫生组织(WHO)2000年发表的环境噪声指导值将会作为21世纪声环境的标准依据,阐述了今后环境噪声的控制对策。
This paper puts forward the noise criteria that respond to the acoustical environment of 21th century according to the guideline values for community noise in various nvironments.Besides,it is pointed out that the control of environmental noise should be a systems engineering, and the primary ountermeasures of the noise control are expatiated.
