摘要
以贵州主要的 5个种质类群的自交系为测验种 ,采用NCⅡ遗传交配设计 ,对新选育的主要山区地方玉米自交系配合力效应和利用潜力进行评价 ;并分析山区主推玉米杂交种的亲本来源。研究结果表明 ,PH99 10、PH99 2、PH99 1和PH99 3的产量一般配合力依次最高 ,利用潜力较大。参试的 5 0个测交组合中PH99 9×交 5 1、PH99 9×苏 37、PH99 1× 792 2和PH99 3×自 330组合特殊配合力较大 ,产量较高 ,对照优势较大。根据单株产量特殊配合力结合一般配合力效应 ,将 10个新选育的主要山区地方玉米自交系初步划分为 5群。其中黄早四、自 330和交 5 1群一般配合力较高 ,为我国西南山区玉米育种具有潜在利用价值的几个杂种优势群。地方种质系×外来种质系是常见的杂优组配模式。其中地方 (或地方改良系 )系×苏湾选系为西南山区最常见的杂优组配模式。
Ten newly bred inbred lines were crossed with five inbred lines with North Carolina Ⅱ (NCⅡ) crossing design to evaluate the combining ability and utilization potentiality of ten inbred lines.The results showed that PH99-10,PH99-2,PH99-1 and PH99-3 had successively higher general combining ability(GCA),and the combinations of PH99-9×Jiao50,PH99-9×Su37,PH99-1×7922 and PH99-3×Zi330 had higher specific combining ability(SCA) for the grain yield.On the basis of the yield SCA and GCA,ten inbred lines could be classified into five germplasm groups,in which Huangzaosi,Su37 and Jiao51 had higher GCA,then could be the heterosis groups with potential of utilization value in South west hilly areas.The common heterosis combination type was local germplasm line×exotic germplasm line and the combinations between local line or improved local line and Suwan line was the main heterosis model.
