摘要
在不同出口和入口压力下校准了1只正压漏孔,给出了校准结果并进行了讨论,按照黏滞流-分子流理论拟合校准曲线,给出了不同压力下计算漏率的公式。
A pressure leak was calibrated with different inlet pressures and outlet pressures. The results are given and discussed. The equations to calculate leakages of different pressures are presented in accordance with the theory of viscous\|molecular flow.\;
