摘要
目的 探讨胆囊切除是否导致大肠癌的危险性增加。方法 比较病理确诊的大肠癌患者 44 8例与正常对照 63 1例中胆囊切除率 ,并研究不同部位结肠癌患者的胆囊切除率。结果 大肠癌中有胆囊切除史的患者明显多于正常对照人群 (分别为3 13 %和 0 63 % ,P =0 0 0 2 )。而且 ,右半结肠癌的手术率显著高于左半结肠癌及直肠癌 (P <0 0 1)。结论 胆囊切除后可能导致右半结肠癌发生的危险性增加。
Objective To investigate whether cholecystectomy increases a risk of colorectal cancer. Methods Compared the rate of cholecystectomy in 448 colorectal cancer patients and 631 normal controls,and the rate of cholecystectomy in right-side colon cancer group and left-side colon cancer group also was compared.Results The rate of cholecystectomy was increased in colorectal cancer patients,as compared with normal controls(3 13% vs 0 63%,respectively,P=0 002).Moreover,as compared with left-side colon cancer and rectum cancer,the operative rate was also increased in right-side colon cancer group (χ 2=7 24 and 15 26, respectively , P<0 01).Conclusions Cholecystectomy maybe result in an increased risk of colorectal cancer, especially in that right-side colon cancer.
