摘要
自由基在视网膜缺血 -再灌注损伤中占有重要地位。视网膜缺血 -再灌注时黄嘌呤氧化酶 (XO)增加、花生四烯酸代谢系统环氧化旁路、线粒体功能障碍、一氧化氮合成酶 (NOS)激活及中性粒细胞系统被激活 ,使自由基生成大大增加。体内清除自由基的酶系统和抗氧化剂不足以清除生成的自由基而引起脂质、蛋白质和核酸等生物大分子的氧化损伤。给予外源性的自由基清除剂和抗氧化酶等通过加速自由基清除或抑制自由基生成而减轻视网膜缺血
Free radicals play an important role in retinal ischemia reperfusion injury.Free radicals increase greatly during retinal ischemia reperfusion because of the burst of xanthine oxidase,the cyclooxygenase pathway of the arachidonic acid metabolic system,the dysfunction of mitochondria,activation of nitric oxide synthase and the activated neutrophil system.If free radical scavengers and antioxidants in cells are insufficient to clean up the increased free radicals,oxidant injuries occur in some biological macromolecules such as chiefly lipids,proteins and nucleic acids ect.Retinal ischemia reperfusion injury can be mitigated by giving radical scavengers and antioxidants to quicken the cleaning or restrain the generation of free radicals.
