摘要
目的 :对穿鞘菝葜的化学成分进行研究。方法 :有机溶剂提取 ,各种色谱手段分离纯化 ,理化常数和光谱分析鉴定结构。结果 :从穿鞘菝葜乙酸乙酯部分共分离得到了正十六碳酸 (Ⅰ ) ,β 谷甾醇 (Ⅱ ) ,Δ7 5α 胆甾烯 3 β 醇 (Ⅲ ) ,柚皮素 (Ⅳ ) ,丁二酸 (Ⅴ ) ,芹菜素 (Ⅵ ) ,白藜芦醇 (Ⅶ ) ,胡萝卜苷 (Ⅷ )和juncusylesterB(Ⅸ )共 9个化合物。结论 :其中正十六碳酸、柚皮素、芹菜素、Δ7 5α 胆甾烯 3 β 醇。
Objective: To investigate the components of Smilax perfoliate . Method:The chemical components were isolated by solvent extraction and column chromatography. The chemical structures were identified on the base of physical and spectral data. Result: Nine compounds were isolated and identified as palmitic acid(Ⅰ), β sitosterol(Ⅱ), Δ 7 5α cholesten 3 β ol(Ш), naringenin(Ⅳ), succinic acid(Ⅴ), apigenin(Ⅵ), resveratrol(Ⅶ), daucosterol(Ⅷ) and juncusyl ester B(Ⅸ). Conclusion: Compound(Ⅰ),(Ш),(Ⅳ),(Ⅵ)and (Ⅸ) were obtained from the genus Smilax for the first time.
