摘要
目的 :研究金银花提取物中绿原酸在不同条件下的稳定性。方法 :采用经典恒温法考察金银花提取物中绿原酸在不同pH值磷酸盐缓冲液、甲醇、乙醇及不同碱液Ca(OH) 2 ,NaOH中的稳定性。结果 :金银花提取物中绿原酸在酸性环境较碱性环境中更稳定 ,在上述有机溶剂中稳定 ,在Ca(OH) 2 中较稳定。结论 :金银花提取物中绿原酸在不同条件下稳定性不同 ,该结果可为绿原酸的提取。
Objective:To in vestigate the stability of chlorogenicacidinextractofflosloniceraeindifferentconditions .Method : Thestability of chlorogenicacidinextractofflosloniceraeinphosptatbuffewithdifferentpHvalues,methanol,ethanolanddifferent basesolutions(Ca(OH) 2andNaOH)wasinvestigatedbytheclassicalisothermalmethod .Result:Theexperimentsshowedthe chlorogenicacidinextractofflosloniceraewasmorestableinacidicwaterthaninbasicwater.Itwasstableintheseorganicsolutions andbasesolution[Ca(OH) 2 ].Conclusion :Indifferentconditions ,thestabilityofchlorogenicacidinextractofflosloniceraewasdif ferent .Itprovidedareferencetotheextractionandanalysisofchlorogenicacidandproductionofchlorogenicacidpreparation .
