摘要
目的 :观察以肠外营养为主联合生长抑素在乳糜腹水治疗中的效果。 方法 :回顾我院 1999年 11月至2 0 0 2年 7月治疗的 4例乳糜腹水病人 ,治疗中均使用腹腔引流、禁食、肠外营养 ,其中 3例病人加用生长抑素。 结果 :4例病人中有 3例治愈 ,1例好转 ,治疗过程中未出现与治疗相关的并发症。 结论 :肠外营养联合生长抑素是治疗乳糜腹水的有效方法之一。
Objectives: To investigate the effect of parenteral nutrition and somatostatin on chylous ascites. Methods: Abdominal cavity drainage, fasting and parenteral nutrition were used in all 4 patients, somatostatin was administrated to 3 patients among above. Results:Among 4 patients, 3 were fully recovered, the other one was improved. No complications related to therapy were observed. Conclusions:Parenteral nutrition and somatostatin are effective to chylous ascites.
