摘要
从舰船装备的寿命周期费用控制与管理入手 ,分析了外军在舰船装备研制过程中对寿命周期费用进行控制和管理的方法。同时结合我国舰船装备研制过程中寿命周期费用控制和管理的情况 。
The purpose of this paper is to introduce the control and management of the life cycle cost (LCC) of warship equipment,and then to analyze a few methods that foreign navy has used to control and manage LCC in its warship equipment development.Moreover,in the light of the situation our navy controls and manages LCC in its developing warship equipment,the authors propose some measures for controlling and managing LCC in developing our warship equipment.
