追溯了IMO对船舶安装油水分离器的立法进程和检查方式的历史沿革 ,综述了油水分离器鉴定的取样方法、分析方法、分析报告的出具和作用 。
The article reviews the evolutionary history in which the IMO has developed laws and rules on shipboard oily water separators and their inspection,and summarizes the sampling method,analysis method and the functions of analysis report for the performance appraisal of oily water separator.The article will have some active effects on anti pollution of the sea.
