摘要
根据高速铁路的一般特点和对综合调度系统的要求,结合我国高速铁路运输特点,提出我国高速铁路综合调度系统的功能,C S结构,中心设备和车站设备的配置思考意见,建议对该系统的研制应充分考虑中国铁路高、中速列车混合运行和既有线路、枢纽现状的特点,满足中国铁路在列车运行计划、行车调度、车辆调度、供电调度、综合维修调度、安全监控调度和旅客服务的七大功能要求,满足高速铁路可用性、安全性要求。
Based on the general features of highspeed railways, demands on the comprehensive dispatching system and characteristics of the highspeed railway transportation in China, the paper puts forward the functions, C/S structure, considerations on the layout of central equipment and station equipment in the highspeed railway comprehensive dispatching system in China. It is suggested that it shall fully consider the features of the mixed traffic operation, existing lines and network structure in the design and development of the system. The seven major functions of train operational plan, train dispatching, car dispatching, power supply control, comprehensive maintenance control, safety supervision dispatching and passenger service required by the Chinese Railways must be realized to meet the demands of usability and safety of highspeed railways.
