摘要
SrCe0 .95Y0 .0 5O3 -δ是一种高温质子导体 ,本研究采用溶胶 -凝胶法合成了SrCe0 .95Y0 .0 5O3 -δ纳米粉体 ,并以该粉体烧制得固体复合氧化物电解质陶瓷 ,测定了其在中温区间 ( 4 0 0~ 60 0℃ )的电导率 ,结果表明不同气氛对其电导率有很大影响 .用该陶瓷在固态质子传导电池中常压下以氮气和氢气为原料合成了氨 ,并研究了影响氨合成的关键因素 ,确定了合适的工作温度 ,在常压下 480℃时氨的产率可达 10 -9mol/(s·cm-2 )以上 .
SrCe 0.95 Y 0.05 O 3- δ is a high temperature proton conductor. Nanophase SrCe 0.95 Y 0.05 O 3- δ powder was prepared by means of sol gel method. A solid oxide electrolyte was prepared by using this powder and its conductivity was measured at intermediate temperature (400~600 ℃). The results show that the conductivity is substantially influenced by different gases. Ammonia was synthesized from nitrogen and hydrogen at atmospheric pressure in a solid state proton conducting cell reactor. We have investigated several important factors of ammonia synthesis and found the optimal synthetic temperature. The ammonia production can be obtained in yield of 10 -9 mol/(s·cm -2 ) at 480 ℃ and atmospheric pressure.
