摘要
借助光学显微镜观察叉繁缕Stellaria dichotoma L. 的染色体，按全国第一次植物染色体学术讨论会建议的标准进行核型分析。研究结果表明：叉繁缕的体细胞染色体数目2n＝28 ，核型公式2n＝2x＝28= 2m+20sm+6st，核型属于3A型。
In this paper, the chromosome of S.dichotoma was examined by LM. The karyotype was studied according to standard of the first academic meeting in plant chromosome. The result shows that the number of the somatic chromosome is 2n=28, the karyotype formula is 2n=2x=28=2m+20sm+6st, the karyotype belongs to 3A type.
