摘要
高等职业教育是21世纪初我国高等教育发展新的增长点,本文围绕高等职业教育如何为中小企业服务,阐述了培养应用型人才,在职培训及再就业培训,应用技术研究及开发等方面是高职教育为中小企业提供服务的主要途径。
The advanced vocational education is the new growing point of our country' s advanced education development in the 21st century. This article centers on it that how does advanced vocational education service the middle and small - sized enterprises to expound the main ways that the former service the latter. And the main ways are applied talents training, on - the -job training, re - employment training and applied technique researching and training.
