摘要
目的 采用HPLC测定生脉胶囊中五味子甲素、乙素的含量 ,以控制成品的质量。方法 采用Shim -packODS色谱柱 ,柱温 2 5℃ ;甲醇 -水 (78∶2 8)为流动相 ;流速 1 0ml·min-1;检测波长 2 5 4nm。结果和结论 所用方法简便、准确、可靠 ,可用于生脉胶囊的质量控制和五味子甲素。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of deoxyschizandrin and γ-schisandrin in Shengmai capsules by HPLC. METHODS A Shim-pack ODS column was used with the mobile phase of at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min -1 .The detection wavelength was 254 nm.RESULTS The average recovery was 89.95% for deoxyschizandrin, and the average recovery was 91.62% for γ-schisandrin.CONCLUSION The method was accurate, and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
