摘要
大型水轮发电机定子在现场叠装后,定子铁芯必须进行磁化试验,通过测定温升及单位铁损的方法检查叠片质量,磁化试验为水电站重大电气试验项目之一,试验前后需进行较为复杂的数值计算,而往往计算值与实际值差别大,国内外标准规定也不一致,现介绍GE公司制造的刘家峡5#电机定子磁化试验的计算方法、试验过程及标准规定。
After field stacking, the stator core for large hydraulic turbine generator must go through magnetic examination. By measuring temperature rise and iron core loss, the quality of lamination is checked. Magnetic examination is one of the major electric tests for hydropower stations and complicated digital computation should be done before and after test. However, the calculated value often differs from the measured value and provisions in the standards at home and abroad are also different. This paper describes the calculation method, testing process and standard provisions for the stator magnetic examination of the GE made generator in the Liujiaxia hydropower station.
