摘要
目的 :了解伊曲康唑的不良反应及安全性。资料与方法 :手工检索《中华皮肤科杂志》等 3种中文专业期刊 ,从对照试验的文献中提取治疗例数和各种不良反应例数 ,计算发生率。结果 :共有 1472 5例涉及有关安全性的报道。伊曲康唑不良反应总的发生率约为 1.5 7%。结论 :伊曲康唑较为安全。
Objective: To understand the adverse reactions and safety of itraconazole. Method: By manual search of 3 national Chinese journals, such as Chinese Journal of Dermatology, the number of patients treated and the number of patients with adverse reactions were collected from documents related to the controlled trials and their rate of occurrence was figured out.Result: 14 725 cases that occurred ADRs of Itraconazole were reported. The total rate of occurrence of the adverse reactions of itraconazole accounted for 1.57%.Conclusion: The medication of itraconazole was safe.
