涎腺腺癌中VEGF表达与微血管密度及预后的关系 被引量:1

Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Expression in Salivary Glands Adenocarcinoma and Relation to Micro-vessel Density and Prognosis

摘要 目的 研究微血管密度 (MVD)和血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)在涎腺腺癌中的表达 ,探讨其与预后关系。方法 采用SABC免疫组织化学染色方法检测 4 3例涎腺腺癌中MVD和VEGF的表达 ,采用SPSS软件行统计分析。结果  6 5 .12 %的涎腺腺癌组织呈VEGF阳性表达。VEGF表达阳性的涎腺腺癌组织MVD显著高于VEGF表达阴性者 (P <0 .0 5 )。VEGF表达与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移密切相关 ,而与肿瘤的临床分期无关。VEGF阴性表达的病人术后 5年生存率较阳性表达者高。结论 涎腺腺癌组织VEGF表达与微血管密度有明显的相关性 ,是涎腺腺癌主要的新生血管诱导因子之一 ,VEGF可做为涎腺腺癌预后的一个有效指标。 Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of microvessel density(MVD) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) expression in salivary glands adenocarcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical staining(SP) was used to quantify MVD and VEGF expression in specimens from 43 patients with salivary glands adenocarcinoma.SPSS statistical software was used.Results VEGF expression was observed in 65.12% of the patients(28/43).The microvessel count was significantly higher (P<0.05) in the salivary glands adenocarcinoma with VEGF expression than in the salivary glands adenocarcinoma without it.In the clinicopathologic factors,lymph node metastasis(P<0.05) and differentiated degree (P<0.05) were significantly correlated with VEGF expression,but there was no significantly correlation between the clinicopathologic stage and VEGF positive expression.The 5 year survival rate after curative surgery was better in the patients without VEGF expression (P<0.05).Conclusion This study indicates that VEGF expression is associated with angiogenesis,VEGF is one of the main angiogenic factors for salivary glands adenocarcinoma.Quantification of VEGF in oral tissues may provide a valuable marker for a prognosis of patients with salivary glands adenocarcinoma.
