摘要
目的 探讨胆囊癌组织中P53和P -gP的表达 ,与生物学行为的关系及二者之间的相互关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法对41例胆囊癌组织中的P53和P-gP的表达情况进行检测。结果 胆囊癌组织P53和P-gP的阳性率分别为46.3% ,56.1%。P53和P-gP的表达与胆囊癌的组织类型 ,分化程度 ,浸润转移无相关性。结论 P53,P-gP在胆囊癌中有一定的表达。P-gP是胆囊癌耐药的重要因素之一。P53与P -gP的表达与胆囊癌的组织类型 ,分化程度 ,浸润转移无关。P53与P
Objective To explore the concomitant expression and correlation of P-gP and P 53 in gallbladder's neoplasm and the relationship with biological behavior. Methods P 53 and P-gP were detected by streptavidin-peroxidase (SP)immunohistochemical staining in 41 Gallbladder carcinoma cases. Results The expression rate of P 53 and P-gP in gallbladder carcinoma was 46.3%,56.1%,which were not associated with tumor's pathologics differentiation and filtration (p<0.05). Conclusion P-gP is one of the important factors for gallbladder carcinoma's drug resistance.
