摘要
腹膜后淋巴结转移是卵巢癌的重要播散途径。临床期别、细胞分化、病理类型及残余灶等是影响淋巴结转移的有关因素。淋巴结转移可能和预后有关。腹膜后淋巴结清除术为确定分期和估计预后提供重要信息,但在改善卵巢癌预后方面的价值存在争议,需进一步研究。
