基因芯片技术与卵巢肿瘤

摘要 由人类基因组计划实施带动分子生物学进步而发展起来的基因芯片技术是一种具有划时代意义的新的基因分析方法。肿瘤是一种进行性的多基因紊乱疾病,基因芯片技术在肿瘤细胞基因表达模式及肿瘤相关基因的发掘中具有极其重要的作用,该技术可为卵巢肿瘤的研究提供强大的技术支持。
