摘要
领导人才重要性思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分。根据新的时期、新的任务对领导人才新的需求,可以认为,领导人才问题是人才的中心问题;班子建设是领导人才队伍建设的关键;造就大量可用之才是领导人才的基础。
The thought about the importance of leadership talents is a very important part of Deng Xiaoping's Theory. Due to the requirement for leadership talents by the new phase of time and new task, Deng Xiaoping expounded the importance of leadership talents from three aspects:Leadership talents is the centre of all talents; the construction of organized groups is vital for building up talent teams;the basis of leadership talents is to make a large quantity of talents available.
