摘要
目的:选择地龙中游离氨基酸的最佳提取方法。方法:采用水提正交法、渗漉法、水提醇沉法提取地龙中游离氨基酸。用氨基酸自动分析仪测定提取液中游离氨基酸的含量。结果:比较分析出最佳提取条件。结论:水提醇沉是最佳的提取方法。
Objective:Selecting the best process of extracting the free Amino Acids in Pheretima. Methods:The free Amino Acids in Pheretima were extracted by decoction, percolation, decoction and alcohol sedimentation techniques. The contents of Amino Acids in Pheretima were determined by Antomatic Amino Acids Analyzer. Results:The best extraction method was determined. Conclusion:Alcohol sedimenting technique is the best method.
