摘要
目的:观察清肺止咳糖浆治疗急性支气管炎的临床疗效和止咳、祛痰、抗炎的药理作用。方法:将79例急性支气管炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组;动物分为5个实验组,即清肺止咳糖浆低、中、高剂量组,西药阳性药对照组和空白对照组,进行小鼠酚红排泄实验、氨水刺激致咳实验和耳肿胀实验。结果:清肺止咳糖浆可以明显改善急性支气管炎的临床症状,具有良好的治疗作用;可以明显促进小鼠气管酚红排出量,具有明显的止咳、抗炎作用,各剂量组之间呈现出一定的量效关系,其作用强度随剂量增加而加强。结论:清肺止咳糖浆对急性支气管炎具有良好临床疗效和明显的止咳、祛痰、抗炎作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Qingfeizhike syrup(QFZHKS) on relieving cough,expectoration and diminishing inflammation in clinic and experiment. Methods:79 cases of acute bronchitis were divided into two groups and rats were divided into five groups that were low, midding and high dosage of QFZHKS, western medicine and control group. Then they were clinic studied by treating with QFZHKS and experimented by relieving cough, expectoration and diminishing inflammation. Results:Patients of acute bronchitis and rats treated by QFZHKS, their secretion of phenolphthalein was increased visibly. And QFZHKS also has the obvious effect of relieving cough and diminishing inflammation. Among dosage groups of QFZHKS show the relativity between pharmacopoeia and dosage. Conclusion:QFZHKS has obvious effect of relieving cough, excreting sputum and diminishing inflammation.
