摘要
显微操作用针已广泛地应用于人类辅助生殖等多项实验中,本文介绍利用拉针仪,煅烧仪,磨针仪,根据实验需要,制成不同长度,角度,内径外径的实验用针。
Micromanipulation is widely used in introcytoplasmic sperminjection. Many factors contribute to the success rate of ICSI, among them, the quality of experimental micro-needles is a very important factor. In this article, the author reviews the preparation of the experimental micro-needles. The different methods of making needles of different use is also summarized.
