摘要
叙述了宝钢 3 0 0t转炉少渣炼钢工业性试验及少渣条件下锰矿还原的试验结果。试验结果表明 :转炉生石灰单耗达到 1 1 .3kg/t,轻烧白云石单耗达到 6 .3kg/t,锰矿加入量大于 8kg/t,平均锰回收率达到 5 0 %以上。此外 ,分析了转炉少渣吹炼的冶金效果和工艺制度。
Industrial scale test results of less slag steelmaking and reduction of manganese ore have been stated in this paper.The results indicates that the unit consumption of lime is 11.3kg/t,the unit consumption of dolomite is 6.3kg/t,the addition of manganese ore is more than 8kg/t and the mean Mn yield is more than 50%.In addition,the metallurgical effects and process of this technology are analyzed.
