摘要
目的 :观察痰瘀同治方对冠心病心绞痛痰瘀互结证患者心绞痛缓解率、心电图改善率、中医症状的调节情况及对血脂、血液流变学的影响。方法 :临床采用单盲随机的方法 ,应用痰瘀同治方和冠心Ⅱ号方对照治疗冠心病心绞痛痰瘀互结证共 6 0例 (两组各 30例 ) ,全部病例来源于内科住院病人。结果 :心绞痛显效率分别为 4 0 %、 2 6 7% ,总有效率93 3%、 5 6 7%。心电图显效率 2 3%、 13 3% ,总有效率 5 3%、 37%。胸闷胸痛、纳呆脘胀等 6组主要症状改善均明显好于活血化瘀的冠心Ⅱ号方 (P <0 0 5～ 0 0 1)。同时其方有显著降低TC、TG、低密度脂蛋白 。
Aim: To observe the relieving rate and ameliorating rate of electrocardiogram and regulation of symptoms and effect on hemolipid and hemorhology of recipe for phlegm and stasis together for the patients of phlegm tangling with stasis syndrome in angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods: All 60 cases of patients differentiated by syndrome of phlegm tangling with stasis from the in-patients of internal department were single-blindedly and randomly divided into the treatment group of recipe for phlegm and stasis together and the controlled group of recipe of GuanxinⅡ(30 cases of each group).Results: Effectual rate of angina pectoris is respectively 53 3% and 26 7%, its totally effectual rate is 93 3% and 56 7%; The effectual rate of electrocardiogram is 23% and 13 3%, its totally effectual rate is 53% and 37%; The relief rate of symptoms such as oppression and pain of chest, anorexia and flatulence of stomach and belly etc main symptom of six series is better in treatment group than in controlled group. In the meantime, the recipe for phlegm and stasis together can markedly lower TC, TG, low density lipoprotein and heighten the high density lipoprotein.
