摘要
精液具有免疫抑制效应,它可抑制女性生殖道的一系列免疫反应,保护精子及受精卵免遭免疫攻击。此外,在临床上,男性特发性不育、性传播疾病、泌尿生殖道感染及肿瘤、获得性免疫缺陷病等,都与精液的免疫抑制效应有关。本文着重介绍精液对T细胞的免疫抑制效应。
