摘要
研究了不同生态区、不同收获期对棉子的发芽率和出苗率差异及发芽率和出苗率间的相关性,结果表明:发芽率随收获时间的后延而呈以9月30日为顶点的抛物线型降低,出苗率与发芽率的变化趋势相同,顶点提早10d。同一生态区内种子的播种品质差异不大,不同生态区内差异显著。新疆生态区内种子的播种品质优于内地。田间出苗率低于室内发芽率,二者的相关性达极显著水平(r=0.954 )。
The difference of germination and emergence between the seeds harvested in diffeent ecological area and harvesting date, and the relationship of germination and emergence of seedling were studied in this paper. The results showed that germination percentage shaped an parabola, its top was on September 30. The emergence percentage had a similar trend with germination, its top was on September 20. The sowing quality had little difference in same ecological area, but it had obvious difference in various ecological region. Sowing quality of seeds in Xinjiang was better than that in inland. The emergence percentage was lower than germination percentage, and germination and emergence percentage had an extreme positive correlation(r=0.954**).
