摘要
使用手性柱CrownpakCR(+)的高效液相色谱 (HPLC)法对 11种伯胺类药物进行拆分 ,结果有 10种药物被手性分离。实验结果表明 :柱温下降 ,洗脱时间增大 ,分离度Rs值明显提高 ,而甲醇浓度增大 ,分离度有所减小。
Enantiomer separation of eleven drugs having a primary amino group was investigated by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with a chiral Crownpak CR(+)column.Ten out of 11 enantiomers tested were separated by HPLC with Crownpak CR(+).By decreasing the column temperature the elution of the analytes was delayed and enantioselectivity(resolution)was improved,but by increasing the methanol content,the elution of the analytes became more rapid,and the enantioselectivity was decreased.
