摘要
目的 探讨眼眶淋巴细胞性炎性假瘤的发病是否与EB病毒感染有关。 方法 对活检或手术切除经组织病理与免疫组织化学检查证实为眼眶淋巴细胞性炎性假瘤的37例保留蜡块组织标本用EB病毒的EBER寡核苷酸探针作EB病毒编码的RNAs原位杂交检测。 结果 所有37例眼眶淋巴细胞性炎性假瘤石蜡标本原位杂交EBER mRNA检测均未见到阳性信号。 结论 眼眶淋巴细胞性炎性假瘤的发病可能与EB病毒感染无关。
Objective To study the relationship between Epstein-Barr virus and orbital lymphocytic inflammatory pseudotumor ( OLIP). Methods The paraffin embedded biopsy or surgical specimen from 37 OLIP patients, who were diagnosed by histopathological and immunohistochemical evaluation, were examined to observe whether Epstein-Barr virus exist using in situ hybridization with EBERs RNA probe. Results No positive Epstein - Barr virus infected lymphocyte was detected in all 37 samples. Conclusion The etiology of OLIP might not associate with Epstein-Barr virus infection.
