摘要
在世界市场上,大型跨国公司已成为国家间竞争的主体。《财富》综合500强是跨国公司的代表,它们的发展过程反映了世界经济的轨迹,也对全球经济结构的转变起着导向和推动作用。本文对《财富》综合500强以及美日500强企业的产业结构分布与变化进行分析,揭示出我国培育大企业、适应经济全球化、参与国际竞争,应当着力于进行产业结构的调整、发展高新技术产业、建立强化资本经营、实施战略联盟的经营模式。
Giant transnational corporations are key competitors among countries in the global market.The Fortune 500 that change economic structure and lead wor ld economy into development are representatives of transnational corporations.Th e paper analyses the structure and change about Fortune 500 and American and Jap an firms that are included the Fortune 500,and concludes that Chinese firms shou ld reform their industrial structure,develop High-Tech industry,set up new busi ness system that strengthens capital business and strategic alliance with an aim to strengthened in order to take part in international competition and adapt th emselves to economic globalization.
