摘要
沙尘暴的发生虽然是自然因素和人类活动共同作用的结果,但非可持续性的人类活动是加剧土地退化、诱发沙尘暴发生的主导因素。本文从分析沙尘暴发生的社会经济原因入手,阐述了发展林草业在治理沙尘暴、保护生态环境、发展西部经济中的重要地位,并以此为突破口,提出了以发展林草业来治理沙尘暴的对策和建议。
Though sandstorms occur as a result of natural and human's acts no-s ustainable human's acts that lead to land deterioration and make sandstorms happ en is the dominant factor. Based on the social and economic reasons that result in sandstorms the paper elaborates the important position of developing forest a nd grass industry that controls sandstorms,protects ecological environment and h elps develop economy of west regions of China. Taking it as a point of breakthro ugh the paper makes some recommendations to address the problem.
