摘要
为转型期医院可持续发展的实现提供理论依据,本文对某区域医院的可持续发展机制进行了较为系统的经济学实证研究,阐述了转型期医院可持续发展的特征;提出了转型期医院可持续发展模式是医院集约型发展模式,能力是医院临床学科综合发展能力,基础是医院医生人力资源配置的合理性,核心是医院科技进步水平,标志是医院综合竞争力。
In order to provide theoretical basis for the realization of sustainable development of hospitals in the transformation period, the author conducts a fairly systematic positivist economic study of the sustainable development of hospitals in the transformation period. He points out that the model of sustainable development of hospitals in the transformation period is the model of intensive development of hospitals, the capacity lies in the capacity of comprehensive development of the clinical specialties of the hospital, the foundation lies in the rational allocation of the human resources of doctors in the hospital, the key lies in the level of the hospital's progress in science and technology, and the hallmark is the comprehensive competitiveness of the hospital.
