大地震不是任何地方都可以发生的 ,大地震不是任何时刻都可以发生的 ,据此可以引导我们去探索地震发生的规律。 2 0 0 1年 1 1月 1 4日新疆 青海交界MS8 1大震 。
It is not anywhere and anytime can great earthquakes occur. On these grounds, we can be guided to discover the regularities of earthquake occurrences. The arguments of this paper are well verified by the great earthquake of M S 8 1 occurring in the boundary between Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and Qinghai Province on November 14, 2001.
