摘要
在经济全球化背景下 ,中国证券市场开放是一个必然趋势。随着中国证券市场开放进程的推进 ,外资企业在 A股市场直接上市也是必然结果。然而 ,目前政策取向明显加快了外资直接上市进程。但以目前中国证券市场发展现状 。
Under the dackground of economic globalization, the stock market openness in China is an inevitable trend. As carrying forward the opening precess of Chinese stock market, foreign capital enterprise financing in A share market will also be an inevitable result. However, at present foreign capital enterprise will finance in the stock market in near future according to the present policy. But, permitting foreign capital enterprise financing in the stock market of China is a mistaken decision in the present situation of Chinese stock market development.
